Sergei Rachmaninoff embodied in his music all the finest qualities of our nature, culture and spirit. He was the greatest pianist of the 20th century, a brilliant conductor and a composer whose creative legacy became part of the treasury of world musical art.
Rachmaninoff is one of the most frequently performed composers of our time. His piano concerts, choral masterpieces, symphonic and chamber works are performed in the world’s famous concert halls. The concert program will feature masterpieces by Rachmaninoff, Shostakovich and Mussorgsky in a virtuoso performance by violinist Konstantine Gotsiridze, cellist Giorgi Nadareishvili and pianist David Ketsbaia.
